1. Service description
ListifyAI provides AI-generated scores, verdicts, and suggested rewrites for Etsy listing text. All output is generated by third-party AI models (Google Gemini, Groq/LLaMA) and is provided for informational purposes only. ListifyAI makes no representations about the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of any AI-generated content.
2. No refunds. All sales final.
All payments are final and non-refundable. By completing a purchase through Gumroad, you acknowledge that you are purchasing access to a digital service and that no refund will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to: dissatisfaction with AI output quality, unused quota, account termination, service outages, or change of mind. This policy applies regardless of when in the billing cycle a cancellation or dispute is raised.
3. No uptime guarantee
ListifyAI is provided on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee any level of uptime, availability, or response time. The service may be unavailable at any time without notice due to maintenance, third-party AI provider outages, infrastructure issues, or any other reason. Payment of a subscription fee does not entitle you to any guaranteed level of service availability. No credit or refund will be issued for downtime.
4. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ListifyAI, its operators, and Ahmed Mohamed Hamimi shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service, including but not limited to: lost profits, lost sales, lost Etsy revenue, account suspension by Etsy, or any business outcome resulting from acting on AI-generated suggestions. You use this service entirely at your own risk.
5. AI-generated content disclaimer
Scores, verdicts, rewritten titles, tags, and descriptions are generated by AI models. They may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate for your specific product or situation. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and validating any AI-generated content before publishing it to Etsy or any other platform.
6. Acceptable use
You may not use ListifyAI to analyze listings for products that violate Etsy's policies, applicable law, or that involve illegal goods or services. Automated scraping, bulk API abuse, or attempts to circumvent rate limits are prohibited and may result in immediate account termination without refund.
7. Account termination
We reserve the right to terminate any account at any time for any reason, with or without notice. No refund will be issued upon termination.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
